On 28-29 April,2009, we participated the 9th impace dynamics conference in Jiaozuo in He'nan province, held by Beijin Institute of Technology. More than 170 experts and scholars participating the meeting, to discuss how to do each measurements testing extensively. We introduced to measure a variety of situations about various types of strain gauges.
